For a moment, think yourself as an employer and that you're reviewing a resume. Are you interested in what the candidate wants or in what skills and experience the prospective employee would bring to the position to improve the bottom line of your company?



If you think it's the second one, then prepare a resume that focuses more on satisfying the needs of the job.
