Will this Computer Systems: Management Applications degree be respected in the Computer field? Also I have to finish with night/weekend/interent classes. I already have a job.

Well , they are not exactly the same, one is pure science, the other is applied science. but it's ok, you can still get a job using it.

yes, its related, call the your advisor and ask him about ho it relates to your career field, they can explain how your degree can be applied better. good luck!
