Not all recruiters are headhunters. What you need to do is find a recruiter that does "contingency recruiting" for the semiconductor field. Those type of recruiters are paid by the company doing the hiring to find employees. I work for Manpower, but don't recruit for those types of companies. Manpower Professional or any other major staffing agency would be a good place to start. Good luck!

Recruiters (or headhunters) cost money. They aren't free. My friend tried a headhunter. The headhunter found him a job and said he had to stay there for 2 years or the headhunter would fine him $2k. My friend also had to pay the headhunter for his services. It's better to find a job on your own.
