Are those 'get paid to take surveys online' things- the ones on 'yahoo jobs'- just a scam?

I have a feeling they are, but I'm just wondering what everyone else thinks.

if you have to pay anything or complete any offers then it is considered an employment scam. there are a few, very few legit jobs doing surveys almost all of them are scams.

I am a stay at home Mom and I work online from home. I have been doing it for 4 years now. I make really good money doing so. The site I signed up with is below. They offer hundreds of online jobs that aren't SCAMS and you really get paid for. They are also listed with the Better Business Bureau.

Although many of the survey sites are scams, their are still plenty of them that are legit.

Never join any sites that require a sign up fee as they are almost always scams.

I have been taking paid surveys for nearly a year now, it takes me around 15 minutes a day, and I make about $60 - $80 a month which isn't bad for the amount of time it takes me.

My favourite sites are: NPD, Ipsos and Cashcrate.

Check out these 2 sites I found which have reviews for each of the sites and more info on them:

A lot of the paid survey sites are bogus. Some are actually legit, but in addition to reading e mails and doing surveys you have to "complete" offers, which sometimes means signing up for something or buying something. ead the terms and conditions carefully for any survey site you go to. There are a few good ones. I use Inbox Dollars to read e mail and do surveys and I did actually get a real check from them.

Some sites are scams, but others are legit. I recently joined Cash crate and have been very satisfied with them. They are free to join and you earn cash by taking surveys.
