Go to monster.com and do a query on COBOL. The jobs are few and far between, but so much has been created in COBOL and the companies can't just replace it overnight, so there are jobs out there.

Probably the best jobs board for tech work is Dice, but I wouldn't neglect the others like Monster, Careerbuilder, corp-to-corp, etc.
