Java and ASP.Net, SQL (to access databases), Javascript (as well as HTML/CSS to display web page content)



But programming is still being outsourced from the US, so there's a lot of unemployed programmers in many areas of the country.

As a IT Recruiter I can say that J2EE and MAINFRAMES are hte most demanded requirements, Yes though the requirements are saturated.. Still the process is yet in High heal..
