find very small niche for example topic that could get audience from your age group cause you know better. create a very nice website and plenty of information such guide to help others like maybe to be good at certain online game or whatever you peers hungry for. do research what people try to find thru the search engine such as google. there are free tools to do that. then learn how to generate people to your website. how do you make money then? learn how to monetize your website. so there you go. go now. get those knowledge and start working to generate money.

If you are looking for some part time work and if you are good at designing the web pages.

you can start creating a web site and put some ads in the site, so once the user clicks the ads you can expect the $s flowing into your account.

if you are new to IT profession, it would give you an exposure to create a new website and help u in full time.

It's XTML nowadays. You should shop around the small jobs section of craigslist and build a resume. At 16 you are far from pretty good, believe me.
