Where and How to get jobs outside India?

Hi.. I have 4 and half years of experience in Automotive Infotainment and Mobile technology(Software Development in C, C++, QNX, Linux, Embedded). I am looking for a jobs outside India.

1) I have listed down US, UK,Australia, Canada, Germany and Singapore as my preferred place where I can save some money and lead a good life style. Which country is better to go?
2) Any consultant or link whom I can trust and contact for getting jobs and visa in these countries?

I will really appreciate your response and help.. Thanks in advance..

This is coming from an Indian. I think you should go to Italy. If you really move to India, mind you it won't be an easy thing for a westerner. Be very much prepared for cultural shock. Get a LOT of patience. If you aren't ready for this,I think you will adjust more easily in Italy.

My company (in the US) hires lots of software folks from india (Seriously, at least 70% of my department is Indian or Chinese), but the ONLY way you'd have a chance is if you got a PhD in the past year.

Work visas for USA, UK are very difficult to get...chances are also very low
